A Climate Corps Bay Area AmeriCorps Volunteer spends 10 months providing direct service to communities by implementing emissions reduction projects through a placement with a local government or nonprofit community partner. CCBA has started to take applications for the 2012-13 program year which commences in early September and runs through July of 2013. If you are interested in applying to be a Member, please review the links below to find out more about CCBA member role, and qualifications. 2012-13 Member Position Descriptions We accept applications on a rolling basis until all placements are filled, but applicants are encouraged to submit the application as soon as possible in order to ensure the best chance of being placed in an agency that fits your needs and goals. Once the application is complete and has been reviewed, applicants who qualify will be contacted for an interview. |
