Program Overview (from the program website): The unique opportunity to coordinate a college access program distinguishes Let’s Get Ready director positions as an emerging premier non-profit internship experience. Each LGR program is run by two college student Co-Directors. Directors are introduced to the economic, political, social, and psychological factors that influence access to educational opportunity. These unique paid internship opportunities engage students at the college level in intensive work in the fields of education, non-profit management and community building.
