Interested in Funding for a Summer 2012 Internship? The Judith Reppy Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies will award one or more Harrop and Ruth Freeman Fellowships to encourage Cornell undergraduates to pursue summer work related to peace studies and conflict resolution in an otherwise unpaid position with a not-for-profit organization.

Value: A stipend of $1,200 per month for up to 2 months.

Eligibility: Current Cornell freshmen, sophomores, and juniors interested in funding for their summer 2012 internship.

Application Process:

Identify and secure a summer internship.
Submit an application form available from the Judith Reppy Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies office, including a brief statement (200-500 words) about yourself and your summer opportunity, and describing how the internship would benefit you in reaching your long-term goals.
Ask an advisor or faculty member to supply a letter of recommendation.
Send us a copy of your Cornell transcript.
