Princeton AlumniCorps is seeking a dynamic individual to guide, support, and facilitate fundraising and outreach efforts for our organization. Title (Development Officer or Development Director) and salary will be determined based on previous experience. This position will report to the Executive Director and work closely with the Executive Director and the Development Steering Group.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Adept with building and maintaining relationships
-2- 8 years of professional experience in the field of development and outreach
-Demonstrated success in securing gifts and grants from individuals and foundations
-Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
-Flexibility and creativity
-Strong grasp of multi-platform marketing and communicating strategies for diverse audiences
-Comfortable interacting with wide variety of constituents
-Sense of humor
-Steadiness under pressure
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technology
-Comfortable working in a small office environment as part of a diverse team
-Commitment to Princeton AlumniCorps’ mission and vision for civic leadership
-Experience with Blackbaud software a plus
-Event planning experience a plus
-Applicants should be willing to make a two-year commitment. Ideally, this is a full-time position, but we may consider part-time arrangements.
-Occasional travel is required, as is attendance at quarterly board meetings
